There is this gentleman who works with the museum every now and then. He's a voracious reader and the first thing he will ask you is, "What are you reading?"...a few months ago in a meeting he went around the table asking this...
My answer was, "Your Pregnancy Week by Week, I'm Pregnant and What to Expect When You're Expecting" ...which is true... I am reading those books and will from now through November.
However, if he were to ask me today...I'd say "Eat, Pray, Love" ...and if he had asked me last week I would have said "The Short Life of Bree Tanner". Being that I will be having the baby in November, I am going to try my best to read as much as I can this summer...
What are you reading?
Eat, pray, love is one of my most favorite books EVER.

Well, I'm still stuck in thesis land so I don't have any summer reading as yet. But, you might imagine I have a long summer reading list waiting for me when I finish. Lots of Dickens (Dombey & Sons, David Copperfield), Shadows on the Rock, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (I heard the series is so good!), The Wings of the Dove, and The Custom of the Country.
ReplyDeleteI read Eat, Pray, Love a couple of Christmases ago and I liked it.
Congrats on the baby-to-be! What an exciting time.
ReplyDeleteI just finished Lil Bee. Loved it!
