Target is at it again! Here are some great pieces that will easily take you from summer into fall without breaking the bank! All of these pieces can be found online. 
These hunter green skinny jeans are perfect for the fall and at only $22 how can you go wrong? I got them this past weekend after seeing page after page of hunter green in fashion magazines last week. 
This top is a great transitional piece that will take you from the late days of summer and into early fall. All you need is a sweater or light jacket and a scarf...and poof, you're ready! Retail $18, another no brainer. For example this pretty golden hued open cardigan by Mossimo at $23. It also comes in black, grey, white, red, brown and an emerald green. All great choices for the coming fall months.
