Snails on Parade in the City Beautiful

Photos are courtesy of the City of Coral Gables.
I first saw these whimsical and very pink snails during Art Basel last month. I thought they were FANTASTIC! ...now 21 of them are calling my home sweet home of Coral Gables, for about 2 months.
They are sprinkled in all sorts of formations throughout the city...but I am a fan of the "looking close" "kissy kiss face" snail pose...
If you are in town, here are some of the spots you can see them....
- Coral Gables City Hall
- Segovia Circle at Coral Way
- Coral Gables Museum
- Ponce Circle Park
- Coral Gables Library
- Coral Gables Youth Center
- Ponce de Leon Blvd. near Village of Merrick Park
- Alhambra Blvd. near Ponce de Leon Blvd.
Go off and explore and enjoy our friends while you can! Makes for a fun scavenger hunt with family and friends.

  1. I saw these when I was in Miami! I love them! I wish we could have a series of pink outdoor sculptures up here to break up the sea of endless white!
