A few years ago, Nike came out with a series of comercials featuring Lebron James and Kobe Bryant (guacala) puppets. I LOVED these comercials. This is where I initially fell in love with LBJ...he's so funny! ...and I'm sorry I LOVE the powder trick before the start of the game.

Now that LBJ plays for the Miami Heat, well I love him even more...so as the first game of the NBA finals is under way I say... GO HEAT!

Perfect 10 Beach Babe

It's Memorial Day Weekend and summer is right around the corner. Living in Miami,
summer = beach time!
Our very own Bill Baggs State Park, home to the Cape Florida Lighthouse was just rated #10 on Dr. Beach's list of top 10 beaches! Here are babykins and I at the lighthouse just a few weeks ago.
So, next time you want to go to the beach, head to one of the best in the country.

Shorts Season...

My "GBF" (Gay Boyfriend) came into town last week from Boston. He and I have been friends since the tender age of 15...that's 18 years of laughter. I say that because we laugh like the world is about to come to an end...sometimes all we need is a look to get us going.

While he was in town I was able to take the last 2 days of the week to spend with him. It was such fun to romp around town, taking pictures and enjoying each other's company.

Here is what I wore on two of those days.

Today at 12:30am my GBF drove north to Orlando to catch his flight home (too long of a story)...and while it is a gorgeous day here in Miami---its like "London" in Boston today accroding to the GBF.

Also today at around 3am I started feeling really ill....so I'm home in bed with a bad bad belly bug.

I have been shopping at J.Crew for 19 years--- and I hear from a good source that you are potentially opening a "Men's Boutique" in Miami... may I suggest something as a LOYAL customer...don't.

I mean what we really need in Miami is an ALL-IN-ONE (women, men and crew cuts) store in Miami proper or Coral Gables...none of this Aventura or Miami Beach mumbojumbo...I'm talking Dadeland Mall, Merrick Park, Miracle Mile even...

That is what your customers want, this is where they really shop.
